On October 13, 2016, our firm together with our Korean associate gave a presentation in a bio seminar in Korea. Our presentation mainly related to the differences in biology and pharmaceutical-related patent practice between China and Korea, we also further clarified such differences by sharing several cases from the Patent Reexamination Board (PRB). More than 50 people attended the seminar, and most of them were from the Korean bio-pharmaceutical, food or cosmetic companies.
