Since joining Beijing Sunhope, Mr. Yang has handled more than 400 new patent applications including more than 200 in-bound cases, and about 100 out-bound cases. He also drafted and prosecuted about 100 important applications for local Chinese clients. In addition, he has handled 3 invalidation cases and 10 re-examination cases. He also assisted our client in winning a retrial case in the Supreme Court.
